Meet Our Personal Trainers

Meet our staff of qualified personal trainers, who will help you transition to a fitness routine tailored to your specific needs. Our personal trainers use a medically based approach to their program, and sessions can be scheduled at your convenience between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Richie Hackett, Personal Trainer at Cioffredi & Associates


Personal Trainer & Rehabilitation Aide

Richie graduated from Lyndon State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a Physical Therapy concentration. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Exercise Physiologist.

Richie comes to Cioffredi & Associates with experience in strength and conditioning, outpatient physical therapy, wellness programming for middle aged and senior individuals, and senior group fitness classes.Read More

Richie grew up in Northern Vermont where he competed on his high school basketball, soccer, and track and field teams. During his senior year of high school he completed an anatomy and physiology course that sparked his interest in exercise and health leading him to attend Lyndon State College’s Exercise Science program. When working with clients Richie’s major motives are to create exercise programs based upon the client’s goals and aspirations, and to create a fellowship with each individual.

Adam received his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from the University of New England, graduating Cum laude in 2017. After graduation, Adam became a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. Prior to his schooling at UNE, Adam attended Mascoma High School where he participated in many sports including soccer, basketball and baseball. With a passion for athletics and interest in movement and physiology, he knew that a profession in the healthcare/fitness industry would be the perfect fit.

In Adam’s free time he enjoys fishing, snowboarding, playing softball, weight lifting and spending time outdoors with his friends and family.
