This free one-on-one screening with one of our physical therapists will evaluate your balance and mobility, provide valuable insight into fall prevention, and offer solutions to decrease your risk.

Participants will need to complete a medical history and balance scale prior to their screening. The therapist will review your history, and put you through a series of test to evaluate your balance and determine your risk of fall. You will leave the screening with some tools that you can use to improve your balance.

The screening will take approximately 30 minutes, and openings are by appointment only. Space is limited, and pre-registration is required. Call us at 603-643-7788 to register.

Team Cioffredi participated once again this year in the CHaD HERO Half Marathon and Ripcord 5K, to help raise money chad-logo2-copyfor the kids at the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth, and we had an outstanding day! With support from generous donors, Cioffredi & Associates team members ran the half marathon and the 5K and raised over $4,600 for the cause.

He is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Medical School, and serves as a faculty member in the Department of Community and Family Medicine at Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. Dr. McCullough is a member of the American Geriatrics Society, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine, and the American Medical Directors Association.
