Longtime Employee Amy Hayward Promoted to CEO

Amy Hayward 5x7 B&W

Amy Hayward

We’re pleased to announce the promotion of Amy Hayward to the post of Chief Executive Officer. Over the 30 years of our business, the size of our company, as well as the systems and processes of delivering service, has greatly expanded while regulatory requirements and technology has become more complex. Amy brings to this position the experience and knowledge needed to manage the details of the ever-changing aspects of healthcare delivery. Founder, Bill Cioffredi, PT will continue to be involved in the vision and development planning for the company and as a member of our executive team. This appointment allows him to maintain his presence in patient care and mentoring staff.

On her appointment, Bill notes “Handing the baton to Amy at this juncture allows her to fully utilize the skill set that she has demonstrated during her 8 ½ years of service to our company.”

Amy, who is a native of Lebanon and graduate of Lebanon High School, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management with a Minor in Business from Springfield College in Springfield, MA. After graduation she worked in the sports business field for six years before joining Cioffredi & Associates in 2006 as a Billing Specialist. Over the years she has risen through management, most recently serving as Administrative Director, Bill’s second in command since 2010. Having held several posts at our company, Amy has developed a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the business and has been a positive influence in the excellence of service delivery.

Amy is thrilled to assume this new position and continue her professional growth. “Over the years Bill and Ruth have been supportive of both my professional and personal growth. They’ve given me the tools, mentorship, and education to be successful as I have moved up from my original position through management to CEO. In that time I have also seen my family grow. When I started at Cioffredi & Associates I was dating my now husband, and we had two dogs. Today we have three beautiful children, ages 6, 3, and 4 months.”

When asked what motivates her to come to work every day, Amy said, “It’s the people I have the privilege of working with. We have such a wonderful group of people here who all want to see eachother and the company be successful. Additionally, our executive group works exceptionally well together. We are continually striving to stay ahead of the ever changing healthcare field and adjusting to meet the needs of our clients. I would not be where I am without their input and support.”

Have you ever come home from a long day at work exhausted and overwhelmed at the thought of cooking a healthy dinner? We all “know” what we should and shouldn’t be eating, but sometimes putting that into practice at the end of a long day can be challenging. In our culture it’s all to easy to reach for the quick fix food, but that quick fix CAN be nutritious, and we’re going to show you how.

This course will provide you with all the information you need to optimize you and your family’s nutritional health in very little time while sticking to a budget. We will review basic nutrition principles, provide money and time saving tips, and LOTS of delicious recipes. We’ll even show you how to put it all to action in the final class’s cooking demonstration.

Class fee $99 per person for all three classes, due at time of registration to hold your spot. Limited to 8 participants.

Class 1: “Optimizing Daily Nutritional Needs” The first class will be a thorough review of our daily nutritional needs and how we can eat to optimize our health.

Class 2: “Time & Budget Savers” The second class will focus on how we can meet those nutritional needs in a quick and money-saving way. We will review menu planning and time-saving strategies for preparing healthy, affordable meals that everyone in the family enjoys.

Class 3: “Putting it in Action” The final class will be a cooking demonstration where participants will learn how to cook (and sample!) these delicious, fast and affordable meals.
