Office Facility
We are located in Centerra Park at the River Valley Club in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Our specially designed 4,800-square-foot center for physical rehabilitation includes a large treatment area and 9 individual treatment rooms. Our Occupational Therapists have a treatment room all of their own and generally specialize in elbow, wrist and hand injuries.
- For patients who are highly active but have become limited due to an injury, our facility offers the opportunity to first correct the mechanical problem and then transition back to an active lifestyle.
- For patients who have been de-conditioned as a result of chronic pain that has limited their lifestyle, again, we first address biomechanical deficiencies and help them achieve baseline fitness.
- For patients who were not previously active, our location offers the opportunity to begin to safely exercise at the health club level. This ensures an effective transition to an independent program that will lead to a healthier lifestyle.
We have our own personal trainer on staff to help patients move from rehabilitaion treatment to a maintenance workout program. From there we are able to recommend the pool, cardiovascular equipment, weights, yoga or other forms of exercise to meet their needs.
The RVC does offer our patients the option of a 6 weeks reduced rate transitional membership. Patients meet with one of the RVC trainers before starting this program and have the option of becoming full members after the 6 weeks is over.
