Over more than three decades, Cioffredi & Associates has provided occupational health services to prominent companies in the community. We are now the area’s sole provider of a comprehensive range of wellness services to the corporate and business community that includes on-site massage, preventative assessments and training, and direct treatment of injured workers. Our approach is designed to more effectively help individuals not only solve pain problems, but to provide them tools and services that support their ability to achieve and maintain a more optimal health.

“The implementation of our on-site therapy program has proven to be a successful partnership with Cioffredi & Associates. We are extremely pleased with the relationship and the meaningful impact it brings to our employees. This pro-active approach has also significantly reduced our workers’ compensation recordable claims. The Cioffredi & Associates on-site program would be a benefit to any company willing to take a pro-active approach to preventing and addressing injuries. Healthy and positive employees are contagious!”

Workplace Wellness in the Upper Valley

Our menu of services allows a customized approach to your company’s unique needs. The depth of our service allows it to be modified as a company grows and changes. Even if you don’t see a specific service listed here, we frequently provide additional services, demonstrations, and presentations from our staff of Physical and Occupational Therapists, Personal Trainers, Massage Therapists, and Health Coaches.

Early Detection and Injury Prevention Assessments

We specialize in the proactive identification and treatment of workplace aches and pain conditions. Neck, back, shoulder, elbow, hand and wrist pain, headaches, hip, and leg or foot pain are just a few examples of areas that our staff are experts in assessing and treating.

Ergonomic Assessments

Workplace injuries are one of the leading causes of missed days, low production, and job transfer. Most of these injuries are musculoskeletal in nature and include the neck and back. Attention to ergonomics, the study of people’s efficiency in their working environment, has been proven to help decrease muscle fatigue, increase productivity, and reduce the number and severity of work-related musculoskeletal disorders.

Pre-Employment Screenings

Pre-employment fitness tests assist companies in determining whether a prospective employee has the physical capacity to complete the specific job tasks they would be hired to perform. These screening tests involve the worker performing simulated job tasks, which are observed and scored by a physical therapist.

On-Site Massage

Massage is an effective way to manage stress, relieve pain, muscle tension, and promote overall well-being. Whether your employees have need of therapeutic massage for injury prevention/treatment or you simply want to provide them with a reward for a job well done, on-site massage services are always appreciated.
