Learn about good food choices for getting the right amount of energy & maximizing performance, combining optimal ratios of carbohydrate/protein/fat, hydration strategies, ideas for pre & post workout meals, as well as portable, quick meal and snack ideas for busy athletes. We will cover proper nutrition for athletes of all ages, just in time for Fall Sports Season.
