For many people, hiking is an integral part of the Upper Valley experience. We are so lucky to live in a community where we can simply walk out our front door and immediately access world-class trails that engage both the body and mind.

But how do we make sure that we are taking advantage of all that the trails have to offer us?

 

To answer this, we sat down with Upper Valley Trails Alliance’s Randy Richardson. We’d like to share with you our conversation as he walks us through what our trails mean to him, how to best access them, and some upcoming hiking related opportunities.
