Just starting to run or already an experienced marathoner? Equip yourself with the knowledge, support, and equipment to get the most out of your running. Featuring free demos and special giveaways from local Upper Valley businesses and non-profits.

Learn all about what the local running community has to offer at the Upper Valley Running Expo! We’ve gathered together local experts and organizations to provide you with the expertise, gear, and inspiration to hit the trails running! The event will include scheduled presentations on fitness, trails, equipment, and nutrition (see below for details). In addition, you will be able to interact with local experts and participate in live running biomechanical tracking demos, gear demos, and free massages throughout the event. All participants will be automatically entered into the prize giveaway at the end of the event where you could win free running shoes, tickets to local events, massages, running biomechanic evaluations, and more*!  All demonstrations and giveaways are courtesy of participating community organizations including  Cioffredi & Associates, Upper Valley Trails Alliance, Omer & Bob’s, Stateline Sports, Lebanon Recreation & Parks, Upper Valley Running Club, and Amy Tuller Nutrition. We hope to see you there!
