Welcome Shanna Duffy, PT, DPT, BC-PMD
Please join us in welcoming our newest Physical Therapist, Shanna Duffy, PT! Shanna brings a wealth of experience, skills, and compassion to our growing practice. She joins Stephanie Daniels, PT to grow the Cioffredi & Associates Pelvic Health Program and allows us to help alleviate high demand and treatment delays across the Upper Valley.
Shanna holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (2016) and a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Sciences (2014) from the University of Vermont. She is also one of the few physical therapists in NH/VT to be Board Certified in Biofeedback to treat Pelvic Muscle Dysfunction. At Cioffredi & Associates, she provides Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy out of the Lebanon office.
Shanna has worked in a variety of settings as a physical therapist including homecare, hospital-based outpatient PT, and inpatient. Her true passion is pelvic floor physical therapy, which she has specialized in since 2018. In addition to her Board Certification, she has practiced under multiple seasoned Pelvic Floor specialists and has completed several courses with the Herman and Wallace institute taught by world-renown pelvic health experts.
Shanna enjoys working with a variety of pelvic floor conditions such as pelvic pain, incontinence, constipation, peri-natal and postpartum mothers. She loves helping patients feel empowered, educated and more in control of their body. Her approach to treatment is both evidenced-based and holistic.
Shanna is a true “Native Vermonter” and is originally from the Upper Valley. When not at work, she enjoys hiking with her two rescue dogs (Rezz and Bodie), riding her Peloton, and spending time with her family, friends, and boyfriend.
