Aleksey has extensive experience working with athletes. His background includes running biomechanics research and training under elite running PTs in Eugene, OR. There, he focused on Sports Rehab and gained exposure to the University of Oregon Track and Field team and Nike Oregon Track Club Elite. Most recently, Aleksey worked closely with the Steadman Philippon Research Institute in Aspen, CO and honed his care, specifically in regard to snowsport injury treatment. Michaela specializes in working with orthopaedic and pelvic health conditions. Her post-doctoral work focused on the integration of manual techniques in her orthopedic treatments as well as extensive Pelvic Health coursework. A collegiate runner and later coach, Michaela enjoys working with athletes of all ages, integrating manual techniques, exercise, and education as the foundation of her treatment style. At Cioffredi & Associates in Lebanon, she specializes in treating patients experiencing pre and postnatal changes as well as orthopaedic conditions for women across their lifespan. Both Aleksey and Michaela hold qualifications beyond their doctorates and residencies, including advanced certification in Manual Therapy. They, in addition to the majority of Cioffredi & Associates PTs, are Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialists, a distinction recognizing advanced skill and expertise in orthopaedics awarded to only 5% of practicing US PTs.
