While they corrected problems with my neck, shoulders elbows and forearms, I would trust them with any problem, because of their commitment to my wellbeing. They want you to get better and they’ll do what it takes to get you there. Kate Leiser was outstanding. She quickly identified the root cause of my pain and developed a targeted program tailored to my specific needs. As I progressed, she thoughtfully adjusted my exercises to keep me moving forward. Throughout the process, she maintained a consistently positive and encouraging approach. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking effective, personalized physical therapy. The Ciofreddi team’s goal is to get their patients performing at their optimal level. Sometimes, after an injury or long disuse, that’s not going to be as high as you once performed but other times they work you through to an even better physical condition than before your injury. They do it through massage, manual release, guided exercises and compassionate coaching. That last bit is key for me. They teach me how to integrate physical conditioning into my daily life. I have worked with Kate, Bill, Josh and Sadie. They are all excellent I always feel stronger and more comfortable every time I walk out the door. What a difference my physical therapy made for strengthening my knee after a ski accident. Very thankful for the ability to work with Josh.
