They’ve given me the tools, mentorship, and education to be successful as I have moved up from my original position through management to CEO. In that time I have also seen my family grow. When I started at Cioffredi & Associates I was dating my now husband, and we had two dogs. Today we have three beautiful children, ages 6, 3, and 4 months.”
When asked what motivates her to come to work every day, Amy said, “It’s the people I have the privilege of working with. We have such a wonderful group of people here who all want to see eachother and the company be successful. Additionally, our executive group works exceptionally well together. We are continually striving to stay ahead of the ever changing healthcare field and adjusting to meet the needs of our clients. I would not be where I am without their input and support.”
