It is with deep gratitude and warm wishes that we announce the retirement of Marsha Wykes, PT, OCS, CHC, Cert. MDT, after many years of dedicated service to our patient community here at Cioffredi & Associates. having joined our team in 2009.

Marsha joined the profession of physical therapy after graduating from the University of Minnesota in 1995. Over the course of her career, she developed advanced expertise in orthopedic care, earning her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification, training in Dry Needling through IDN, and completing her Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine (Cert. MDT) credential through the McKenzie Institute. Always committed to expanding her ability to serve her patients, Marsha also became a Certified Health Coach (CHC), helping clients pursue wellness through education, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies.

Her clinical focus has been in outpatient orthopedics, with a special emphasis on sports and spine injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. Marsha has long been known for her biomechanical approach to care, her commitment to restoring balanced movement, and her passion for patient education. As she put it best: “Patient education is extremely important to successful outcomes. If a patient doesn’t understand how and why treatment strategies work, then I haven’t done my job.”

As she steps into retirement, we thank Marsha for her many contributions to our team and our community. Her dedication and expertise have made a lasting difference in countless lives, and she will be deeply missed by patients and colleagues alike.
