Cioffredi & Associates Student Program

Shaping the Future of Physical Therapy

Throughout the course of the year, we welcome the next generation of physical therapists to join us on their clinical affiliations as they work toward their Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).

Joe Soojian, PT and Josh Waterman, SPT in Lebanon
Becca Swope, PT and Jake Colby, SPT in Grantham

At Cioffredi & Associates, we believe that developing future physical therapists is a responsibility and a privilege. Our commitment goes beyond simply teaching clinical skills—we strive to instill the professional values, critical thinking abilities, and collaborative mindset that define excellence in patient care.

During their clinical affiliations, students work side-by-side with their clinical instructors through every phase of the rehabilitation process, from initial evaluation to final discharge. Rather than managing independent caseloads, our students receive continuous mentorship, allowing for real-time learning, reflection, and refinement of both technical and interpersonal skills. This approach fosters deeper clinical reasoning, stronger patient communication, and a genuine understanding of what it means to be an integral part of a healthcare team.

Through professional mentorship, we aim not only to prepare our students for the challenges of today’s practice, but also to inspire a lifelong dedication to the growth, integrity, and impact of the physical therapy profession.

Are you a physical therapy student interested in a clinical affiliation at Cioffredi & Associates? If that’s you, reach out to us at kleiser@cioffredi.com for more information!
