Presented by Holly Westling, RN, MS, CNS and Amy Tuller, RD, LD, CDE

Have you ever come home from a long day at work exhausted and overwhelmed at the thought of cooking a healthy dinner? We all “know” what we should and shouldn’t be eating, but sometimes putting that into practice at the end of a long day can be challenging. In our culture it’s all to easy to reach for the quick fix food, but that quick fix CAN be nutritious, and we’re going to show you how.

This course will provide you with all the information you need to optimize you and your family’s nutritional health in very little time while sticking to a budget. We will review basic nutrition principles, provide money and time saving tips, and LOTS of delicious recipes. We’ll even show you how to put it all to action in the final class’s cooking demonstration.

Class fee $99 per person for all three classes, due at time of registration to hold your spot. Limited to 8 participants.

Class 1: “Optimizing Daily Nutritional Needs” The first class will be a thorough review of our daily nutritional needs and how we can eat to optimize our health.

Class 2: “Time & Budget Savers” The second class will focus on how we can meet those nutritional needs in a quick and money-saving way. We will review menu planning and time-saving strategies for preparing healthy, affordable meals that everyone in the family enjoys.

Class 3: “Putting it in Action” The final class will be a cooking demonstration where participants will learn how to cook (and sample!) these delicious, fast and affordable meals.
