This course will provide you with all the information you need to optimize your and your family’s nutritional health in very little time while sticking to a budget. So put that box of cereal away and join us on Tuesday evenings at 5:30pm and learn how to optimize your health without hours of cooking or breaking the bank.

This program will be offered in a 3 part series:

Tuesday, May 13th, 5:30-6:30pm “Optimizing Daily Nutritional Needs”

The first class will be a thorough review of our daily nutritional needs and how we can eat to optimize our health.

Tuesday, May 20th, 5:30-6:30pm “Time & Budget Savers”

The second class will focus on how we can meet those nutritional needs in a quick and money-saving way. We will review menu planning and time-saving strategies for preparing healthy, affordable meals that everyone in the family enjoys.

Tuesday, May 27th, 5:30-6:30pm “Putting it in Action”

The final class will be a cooking demonstration where participants will learn how to cook (and sample!) these delicious, fast and affordable meals.

Class Fee:

$40/class for sections 1 & 2, $50/class for section 3 or register for all three for $110 (savings of $20). Payment due at time of registration to reserve your space.
