Cioffredi & Associates Physical Therapy is seeking a physical therapist that wants to work in a collaborative team while delivering exceptional care to patients.
Supportive Environment: Collaborate with a dynamic team with a wide range of experience and certifications. Monthly group in-services include active review of case studies, manual skills, current CPG’s, journal articles, and more. Our friendly, family environment engages staff through monthly 1:1 meetings with supervisors to allow staff to have a voice and contribute to the group. Regular clinic activities make the environment fun for both staff and patients.
PT-Friendly Model: Hybrid service model which includes both in-network insurance and cash-based PT. PT evaluations 1 hour, follow-up visits 1:1 for 40 minutes of direct care time. PT-Friendly Prompt EMR uses streamlined workflows and automation to reduce documentation time.
Growth Opportunities: New grad mentorship follows a tailored learning plan with focused 1:1 weekly sessions with the Clinical Director. Additional Residency Programs offered. Cont Ed financial support provided with annual stipend and guidance to help you achieve your professional goals. Opportunities available to lead program development and be a Clinical Instructor for DPT students.
